Each of our cakes is made from scratch which means that our clients enjoy a fresh, naturally moist cake. Using only Italian meringue buttercream, fresh cream mousses, European chocolate, and fresh fruit, we ensure that only the highest quality ingredients are used in the creation of our cakes. Anything less than this would fail to achieve the singularly decadent cakes that our clients have found themselves coming back for year after year.

Cake Reservation:

M. Antoinette cakes are individually tailored. We encourage our clients to contact us as early as possible before the event to receive a quote, reserve the date and to allow enough time to create your extraordinary cake(s)! Note: We suggest reserving your Wedding Cake 3 months prior to the event date to assure availability on your special day. All rush jobs subject to a $100 rush fee.

Macarons and Petit Fours:

We also offer macarons and petit fours under our La Sugarie brand, all made from scratch and to order. As with our cakes, we encourage our clients to contact us as early as possible before the event to receive a quote, reserve the date and to allow enough time for our pastry chef to create your macarons and petit fours. All rush jobs subject to a $100 rush fee. Note: Macarons (not to be confused with macaroons, the dense chewy treat made with sweetened coconut) are little french pastry "cookies" made with egg whites, ground almonds and sugar. Their hard outer shells are sandwiched together with a soft creamy center that can consist of anything from fruit purée to chocolate ganache. Macarons are best after 24-48 hours of creation and will last up to 5 days.

Price:

Because every one of our cakes is custom designed, pricing is highly variable. The final cost is determined by the number of slices, as well as the number of labor hours involved in executing a given design.

For tiered cake orders, our prices start at $7 per serving . Sugar glass, sugar flowers, sculpting, etc. are additional. Note: The cakes that you see in magazines and on TV average in the $12.00 to $15.00 per serving range. We feel that our quality and artistry is as good or better than you will find anywhere. The kind of cakes decorating we do requires a lot of time and artistic talent. You are buying a beautiful and delicious memory not just cake.

La Sugarie macarons are $2.00 each, up to 100. $1.90 each for 100+. For savory macarons, please contact us.

Delivery:

Delivery is provided within the Las Vegas area. For inquiries about special arrangements, or delivery outside of Las Vegas, please contact us.
